It's clear where the BC04 folks are going--they are going to raise the bar on Kerry so that their guy can crawl through as barely competent.

We are not going to deny that Kerry is competent as a debater and will be as a president. Rather, we proudly raise the bar and say he will be an exceptional president if elected.
